Great experience with Bree and the Community Chevrolet staff We recently leased a Chevy Volt (great car!) - after a very poor customer service experience with our local Chevy dealer in Culver City, we decided to We recently leased a Chevy Volt (great car!) - after a very poor customer service experience with our local Chevy dealer in Culver City, we decided to cast a wide net, and contacted 9 additional Chevy dealerships in LA area. I initially heard back from Bree Edic. Bree quickly provided no-nonsense pricing on exactly what we were looking for, laying everything out clearly and professionally. Not only was everything well presented and thought-through, but the pricing was the best I received from the total of 10 dealerships (including my local). Bree followed up appropriately, and we scheduled a time to come in and do the deal. Bree also facilitated much of the document exchange/approvals online, to save us time at the day of the deal. Everything went well at the car pickup, there was no 'bait n switches', or changing or terms, they were good to their word. Emmett Groves gave us a great tour of all the features of the Volt, and had good answers for all our questions. All the staff at Community were friendly, and knew what they were doing - it's clear customer service is a priority for them. We've been driving the car for over a week now and love it. Bree has also stayed in contact after the transaction, assisting us with some of the added benefits of Volt ownership, such as the CA State Rebate applications etc. - which again, tells you what fantastic customer service skills she has. I'm really glad we did cast a wider net, and although there were many dealerships much closer to us, it was absolutely worth the trip to Burbank for this experience. I'd absolutely recommend to anyone! More

Working with Bob Greene and Sylvia Hillman Sylvia and Bob really took care of me and my daughter's rather involved task of returning a lease, selling it as a used car to my daughter, trading in Sylvia and Bob really took care of me and my daughter's rather involved task of returning a lease, selling it as a used car to my daughter, trading in another used vehicle and then leasing a new Cruze. They spent most of their day with us in a relaxed, professional way. Kudos to this amazing sales team at Community Chevrolet! More
