Was in for a recall and oil change at 8 am, was told it would take a couple of hours. Stayed home all day with lots of things to do, waiting patiently, i called them at 330 pm, guess what, it was done. Joh would take a couple of hours. Stayed home all day with lots of things to do, waiting patiently, i called them at 330 pm, guess what, it was done. John went home sick and no one decided to call us. Waited in the service dept. for 10 minutes making eye contact with a service manager who was checking air pressure on four tires. When he finished he told us if we were here to pickup car just go to the cashier, serious, you could of told us that 10 minutes ago, we were 5 ft away from him. AND now the new car smell inside my car smells like gas, just leave the windows open it should go away. More

Very courteous and cordial. Recall finished in time quoted. Usually they wash car after the service work. Not this time. 62.09 for oil change seems quite high. They were great about getting back to me regarding my questions. I messaged them in the morning and I drove 2 hours that afternoon to go look at the car I was interested in. The entire sales process was outstanding. We negotiated for a long time but I was happy with the deal we struck. I ordered my Ridgeline and had to wait weeks to get it but throughout the entire process I w for a long time but I was happy with the deal we struck. I ordered my Ridgeline and had to wait weeks to get it but throughout the entire process I was kept informed of where my truck was during the building and shipping process. The day I picked up the truck the sales process was streamlined and took little or no time. Then an associate named "Brandon Creighton" gave me an instructions and demonstrations on how to use all the features on the truck. He spent more than an hour with me and I was comfortable with the entire process. More
