My wife brought the vehicle in on 7/21, just a few days before left for a 2500 mi family vacation. The purpose of the visit was oil change, tire rotation, brake check, generally make sure we were in good shape to take the car on vacation. It is true that brake work was suggested for our next service, but when my wife asked additional questions if we would be ok to take on vacation she was told it should be fine. In truth we made it about 10% of the way before we had trouble. My issue is we bring the car to your dealership because we expect a level of service that will identify and fix issues that you may find. What I can't understand is you told my wife about the issue, but told her it would be fine. That is unacceptable to me, with the brakes being as they were, you should not have let her leave without fixing that first. My faith in your dealership to service my car, let alone purchase another vehicle has been severely diminished.

Always considerate and kind and helpful. Feel very comfortable with the service department. Trust their diagnoses and recommendations. Turn to them for assistance whenever I have vehicular questions. More
