I did not receive a call when my car was done and then they didn’t listen to the complaint about my wheel. Had to leave it another day and then was charged for the wheel issue which was not our fault. The they didn’t listen to the complaint about my wheel. Had to leave it another day and then was charged for the wheel issue which was not our fault. The at had 1800 miles on it and it was losing and not maintaining pressure. No issues with the tire...had to remove and reseal it. We have had this problem with our 2010 accord and Honda needs to correct this manufacturers defect. The service rep did remove the charges when I complained. I have never had this poor of service at this location. Very disappointed. More
