Great place to buy a car. I knew what I wanted and actually picked out my vehicle on their website. I was out of town and we arranged the final purchase agreements over the pho I knew what I wanted and actually picked out my vehicle on their website. I was out of town and we arranged the final purchase agreements over the phone. When I came to pick it up the vehicle was ready. Everything was well organized. We signed a few papers and I was on my way with my new car. More

Emergency service Battery died. Tow truck got it jumped. Talked to Rick in service & told me to come over & they would work me in to see what was going on. Battery w Battery died. Tow truck got it jumped. Talked to Rick in service & told me to come over & they would work me in to see what was going on. Battery was less than 3 years old & was dead. They put a new battery in & turned the cost in as warranty since I purchased the car new from Community Honda less than 3 years ago. The service department has always taken good care if all my Honda vehicles. More

Honest and trustworthy staff I went in to replace my brake pads as a quick-stop oil change business told me that I need them replaced. Just when I got settled in their waiting roo I went in to replace my brake pads as a quick-stop oil change business told me that I need them replaced. Just when I got settled in their waiting room, one of the guys from the service department called my name and told me that my brake pads were fine. How refreshing it is to know that there are businesses out there that care about their reputation over profits. They sent me off with a free car wash! More

Service Was in to fix an emissions recall and have driver side tire and heated seat fixed. I ended up having to come back due to ordering a tire which was fin Was in to fix an emissions recall and have driver side tire and heated seat fixed. I ended up having to come back due to ordering a tire which was fine but the annoying part was they for sure able to the seat heater was not working still today yet I had to discuss it for 15 minutes again just like I did the first day until they finally ordered the part. I have had the car for about 16 months and last winter it worked fine and now it isn’t. So now I have to go back a third time to get something fixed I talked to them about on the phone and still unsure why they wouldn’t fix it. You could tell both times it wasn’t working correctly. More
