Pathetic. We bought our car on Sat, Nov 5, and the skid plate fell from the undercarriage the following day while driving on the highway! Alan, our salesperson We bought our car on Sat, Nov 5, and the skid plate fell from the undercarriage the following day while driving on the highway! Alan, our salesperson, did not apologize nor did he offer a tow truck. He told us to take the car back to the dealership. The service manager did not want to absorb the cost of the repairs and he also said the extended warranty/certified warranty would not cover the repairs. Alan stopped returning my phone calls, texts, and emails. The manager never even called to check on me or apologize. I am infuriated. I will NEVER recommend this dealership to another person. Go shop elsewhere! More
