Beware! Terrible treatment of a military service member and extended delays in getting the car fixed. My son was deployed to Texas and on the way out there, the car ended up with a blown head gasket. They refused to give my son a loaner vehicle because he had a driver's license and insurance from Florida, where is lives. We paid for premium warranty for any issues, however, this only covered 10 days of rental vehicle. It took the dealership 32 days to get the vehicle fixed. We called many times and spoke with Ted, Eddie, and wayne, to find out what was taking so long and why there were so many delays. It should not take 32 days to get the head gasket fixed. We tried to speak with the general manager and could never speak with Keith. Spoke with customer service member Raheel and he said he would look into the matter and he never returned our call either. Terrible treatment, shameful to treat our military members or anyone this way!
