I cannot say enough about my car buying experience at Community Honda of Baytown. We needed to buy a new car to have reliable transportation to and from Houston for cancer treatments. We live in Louisiana, but our Community Honda dealership didn't have the vehicle in the color I was looking for. When we called Community Honda on Saturday, I the good fortune of having Liz Schaefer answer my call. We explained our situation and inquired of the vehicle we saw online. She was very helpful and not the least bit pushy or tried to rush us into a deal. In no time we had the particulars of the deal settled with us being able to pick up the car on Monday on our way to Houston. Liz and the rest of the staff there were so nice and helpful, including the young lady who handled my paperwork. My beautiful Pilot was waiting for me when we pulled into the dealership. Liz sat with me in the car and helped me set everything up and how to use everything in and out of my car. When we started to load up the car with our luggage and other belongings they even offered to help us. I browsed online at several dealerships for quite a while before I decided to purchase anything. When I found a car I wanted to look at, I made my appointment, test drove, had my trade in appraised, and wen before I decided to purchase anything. I already secured financing, so when I purchased it the finance department worked with my credit union and had everything ready to go. The entire signing process only took 10 minutes or so- and that is how it should be.
