He even remembered me from when I had last come in When I arrived at Community Honda for my car service, Carlos was the service man that assisted me. He even remembered me from when I had last come in for service. He told me about how long it would take and sure enough he came and got me when car was ready within the two hours as he told me. Carlos is very helpful, knowledgeable, kind and courteous. That makes customers feel good when the serviceman remembers them.
