I just think my process took too long. I should’ve been done 2 hours earlier. I knew the car I was buying, was approved through Case for my loan. The service agent Kamron falsely tricked me about my rear differential fluid needing changing and flushing. His time estimate was 5 minutes but 45 minutes later my car was ready, complete with a dirty clean differential fluid needing changing and flushing. His time estimate was 5 minutes but 45 minutes later my car was ready, complete with a dirty cleaning rag lying on the front passenger seat. And the cost was $230 more than the original estimate. Had a coupon for tire rotation and balance. Was told it would take much longer if we wanted tires balanced. We waited an hour to get the rotation done, even though we scheduled an appointment.
