The intake service advisor was rude Brought the car in for service. The car porter and service outside the facility were pleasant. However, the service advisor was very rude. My husband waited inside for a service advisor for over 10 mins while a service advisor messed with computer. Apparently he was having trouble with his computer but he never addressed my husband or acknowledged him. My husband had to walk back out to the garage or Service drive to find assistance. Then we never revived a text stating our car was in service. After 2+ hrs I called to get an update and was forwarded to voicemail several times even after Bob answered the phone. I called back to speak to the manager and was again forwarded to a voicemail. It’s too about 30-40 mins for someone to contact me regarding my vehicle. More

Waste of time. No point making an appointment. Even with an appointment, at spent five hours waiting for a tire fix.
