The best part was I was able to make the appointment the day before and had a slew of availablity. And that my children is the story of an oil change. The end. Don't forget to leave cookies for Santa and something for the reindeer. More

An oil change was done on my car and they damage my engine When I took my car for an oil change couple days later the engine started Knocking I opened up the hood and notice the oil filter was leaking all over When I took my car for an oil change couple days later the engine started Knocking I opened up the hood and notice the oil filter was leaking all over and underneath the car. I wasn’t able to drive the car and needed to get tow all because they damage the engine. Bad experience and will never return for any kind of service to community Honda. More

Frustrated customer First we couldn’t get a severe recall fixed at the dealer.Told it would take at least a month. Called Joliet dealer, they got us in immediately. Then First we couldn’t get a severe recall fixed at the dealer.Told it would take at least a month. Called Joliet dealer, they got us in immediately. Then we HAD SN APPOINTMENT for an oil change. Was told an hour to an hour fifteen. Took them THREE HOURS! Now, Tuesday December 3 WE HAVE AN APPOINTMENT to get our roof gasket fixed that is missing above the front passenger window. We’ll first have to see if they fix it and how long this will take. More
