It is so easy to schedule online maintenance appointments and someone always gets back to you in a timely fashion. The staff is friendly and they don’t try to fix things you don’t need or sell you something you don’t want. The reports are straight forward and easy to read, which is great for a gal like me who knows nothing about car maintenance. The lobby is always kept clean and it’s comfortable if you need to wait awhile. I bought my car here over three years ago and I still remember that Brandon was the guy who helped me go through the buying process even though I haven’t spoke to him since because he was so helpful and friendly. I paid slightly over my budget but I still recommend this dealership to anyone who says they love my civic! More
