Thank you for your review of our service department. Those TPMS lights can be difficult to diagnose sometimes. It's unfortunate that when a nail or another foreign object punctures a tire, depending on the location of the puncture, a tire replacement is the remedy. I would imagine the nail was located near the sidewall making it unsafe to install a plug/patch. I apologize we ordered the wrong size for you the first time making a second trip needed to complete your repair. Sam Porter General Sales Manager
