Willie, I believe that you are the manager that was working on this supposed deal with Lincoln and Gilbert. Unfortunately I was told that if I wanted to accept a $663.00 car note I could take the deal. Because of inequity in my vehicle. I understand that deals are hard to make sometimes. My van a 2006 Odessey definitely has some cosmetic things that would need to be done but I know my van is a great car, it holds its value and goes forever. We have always owned Honda's I thought I would give another make a try. I had read the reviews on your dealership and how you especially were able to make things happen. Lincoln suggested I go with a cheaper vehicle, that would have been fine. Per the dealer rater website you should have over 50 2011 Sonata models but none on the lot, very confusing to me to say the least. I want a new car or a new used car, but I have nothing to put down. I just made a car note on my van and spent 200 dollars on tires for my van. So therefore I do not have money to put down to make up for the inequity in my current vehicle. Here is the thing I was COMPLETELY honest BEFORE i Walked into the dealership the first time on the 8th and even more HONEST on the 11th when I came back in for the second time, the bad thing is that I was disappointed and mislead on both occasions. My information is with the dealership, I would be more than willing to talk to YOU directly bout this issue. I do plan on writing Mr Elswick and his wife themselves. I am so fed up with trying to get something that everyone says is out of my range. Especially when I know that my trade in would be conditioned to be put back on the lot and sold for more than what I was given. I did not fall off the TURNIP truck yesterday as my grandfather always said.
