Hi Cassiebyrd11, It would be great if you were willing to tell people, that you immediately drove the Jeep to Kentucky with no issue. When you called with an issue later we offered to fix the minor problem at our shop free of charge but you were 900 miles away. Commuter Cars did end up cutting you a check for the repair you needed while out of state. Hopefully this is an old post you are willing to delete and now write us a good review as you stated. Hello you did not offer to fix anything you told me you wasn't going to fix anything get your stories straight yes I drive to Kentucky for Christmas to see my Kids for Christmas so you mean to tell e you would miss a chance to see one of your kids when he's on leave for a visit I don't think so I won't miss a chance to see my kids either y'all didn't even answers my call it was Christmas so for the record you sold me a piece of xxxx and it's got 4 recalls y'all never even fixed or had fix and it's still not fixed so say what ever you want I promise you this the bbb will kno every thing. You only car about making money not your customers

I will not take this post down ever you y'all had me change my insurance to down there knowing I didn't live there in that state you had me go and miss work a few times cause you couldn't take care of your own business and you tried to get me to lie about where I lived and tried to get me to lie about a lot I came in there think of Iam honest you would be and that was a lie on ur part. You did pay half the first time but it took 2 months to get the money and it's been back in the shop again for same things and it's bad when u sale something and in 2 weeks it starts to break down and you did tell me u wouldn't help me from the start Carl is the one who told me he would fix it and you Jake said no so don't lay it all on me. Your services sucks I told you I would report it to the bbb and I will

I spoke with Jake at our Okeechobee store. He tells me due to credit issues the bank needed stips for normal things like proof of income and proof of residence which you couldn't attain during working hours. That accounts for the missed time at work. Once purchasing the vehicle you drove the vehicle to Kentucky to see family. You tried to contact us at Christmas but we make sure our employees see their family's too. That accounts for not answering the phone on Christmas. We notified the bank that your home address is in Kentucky and that you work abroad. That address' what you call lying. After driving the Jeep 2,500 miles you brought it back dirty like it had been off road and said it needs a tire balance or something. We sent you to a shop to have it looked at, and you chose to let them install 4 new shocks that were not needed and we proceeded to cover half the cost. I'm not sure how much nicer as a company we can be. We also offer extended warranty's which could of been a great help, especially if you are hard on your vehicle. Sometimes the Dealer is in the right and that's where we are leaving this. If you choose to be polite I'm willing to sit down and speak about resolving this. Last but not least the Autocheck report shows no recalls. TSB service bulletins can only be pulled up by Jeep and don't count as recalls. ~ Austin
