My appointment was 8am, (they open at 7:30), I was told they were running behind already, wait time was supposed to be 1 1/2 to 2hrs but it took them 3 hrs to do service Other people that came at the sam they were running behind already, wait time was supposed to be 1 1/2 to 2hrs but it took them 3 hrs to do service Other people that came at the same time as me and even after me were leaving and I was still sitting there It was 11am when they were done, I assume the other people must be paying customers, we have pre paid service so I guess our car goes last.
