My Honda Civic 2017 My car's battery died after a few weeks of not driving it, I had it recharged but the features in my car needed to be reprogramed and was also gettin My car's battery died after a few weeks of not driving it, I had it recharged but the features in my car needed to be reprogramed and was also getting a message saying that the car needed service. I took it to the Concord Honda and the technician who greeted me fixed the problem with the features in a few minutes with no problem. I asked how long the service would take, he said probably about 1 1/2 hours, which was OK with me, very surprised when before one hour the car was ready and also washed!!! Jaeson, the technician, was very knowledgeable and polite. Very happy with Concord Honda and its crew! More

Great service from beginning to end I was able to schedule an appointment yesterday and drove away in a beautiful car today. My previous car was a Fit Sport and the new one is a Fit. I just wanted to say how much I love the 2019 Honda Fit. I love the LX tires more than the Sport tires and I could even feel the difference much better than when I had the Sport tires replaced. My insurance agent even said that the Sport tires wear out faster. I can confirm that since I had to replace them more than usual as I was driving at least 15,000 miles annually. I loved the Sport model, but feel I didn't really need those extra features. I think the seat seems more comfortable and the air conditioning feels better. The low mileage is great, too. I love the strawberry scent, so I might have to call my car Strawberry Surf. More
