Routine Maintenance I am a senior citizen. Making an appointment to take my car in for service was quick, easy, and polite. I appreciate that. Upon arriving, my service I am a senior citizen. Making an appointment to take my car in for service was quick, easy, and polite. I appreciate that. Upon arriving, my service rep as informative; i.e., easy to understand what to expect. He also called me to inform me of extra work done at no charge, as it was covered by my maintenance plan. When I picked the car up, he showed me on the invoice exactly what they had done and asked f I had any questions. I am one happy customer. All of us kept our distance and everyone wore masks. I cannot speak to quality of work--as long as my car runs without any troubles, then the quality is good. More

It has been a couple of years since I've been to that specific dealership and service center. Kenji Dupuis, Service Adviser, immediately approached me and asked if he could be of assistance. He was always courteous and professional when I explained what I required to have done to my car. After completion of required service, Kenji Dupuis, explained what was accomplished and what needs to be taken care of on my next service visit. More

Wasif Khan, who is my service agent takes great care of me, and my car. He is considerate, professional, knowledgeable, and all-around amazing. He informs me of what needs to be done, and makes recommendations, but never pushes me to get any service done. I have not had any issues with the service on my car. The service techs do a great job. The prices are reasonable and the care complete. Ask for Wasif! More
