They did not honor the Costco pricing I was quoted on the phone. When I arrived at the dealership I was told there were about $1000 of useless dealer add ons, like $250 lug nut locks. They wouldn't even remove the wildly overpriced lug nut locks because they were "already installed". Last time I checked lug nuts were designed to be removed. After much negotiation they reduced the extra charges by about half. I bought the car because I needed to, but I felt like they were dishonest. The person that quoted me the price apologized that they made a mistake not including the add ons an had the nerve to say they "owned their mistake". Well, they may own it but I paid for it. More
