Stay away from this dealership if you want to be served. After having a great experience with Ali my salesperson on the day I purchased a vehicle everything went downhill from that point the non-responsiven After having a great experience with Ali my salesperson on the day I purchased a vehicle everything went downhill from that point the non-responsiveness of Stephanie the DMV clerk, after leaving her two voicemails and leaving messages with people who answer the phone then speaking to an irresponsible person from the management I think his name was Perwiz and then another one of the managers was supposed to call me back his name is Roy. I am in sales and my policy is everyone sales, from the person who answers the phone the sales person the clerk the managers in this dealership that’s not the policy and hope this is the last time I’m dealing with this dealership. I would really recommend a sales training from the management to the clarks. Ali would love to work with you again and hope it is in deferent dealership. More

I have been to dozens of dif Working with Leo Hawkins (Senior Sales Consultant) and Christopher Bongon (Finance Manager) was an amazing experience. I have been to dozens of different car dealerships and all the local bay area Honda dealerships in the last few years and have encountered so many different types of salesmen, so I was dreading buying a car and dealing with the process. But Leo was by far the best I've worked with in any sales department. He wasn't pushy, he didn't give us long "salesy" speeches, he didn't try to force us to purchase every add-on possible. If we told him we didn't want something, he immediately fixed it. He got our max payment budget down to exactly what we wanted. He was extremely patient and nice. He even threw in the security device for the car for free because he knew we wanted it but it was over our budget. He is by far the best. Christopher was personable, nice, and worked with us on getting financing when we thought it may be impossible. He's spent extensive time talking to the bank, and not only getting us approved but getting us great low monthly payments, with a low downpayment; a hard deal to do. We went in prepared to be denied and were beyond excited to go home in a brand new 2019 Civic Hatchback EX in Rallye Red! We have purchased many vehicles elsewhere, but this was our first ever FUN car buying experience. This is my 3rd new car from Honda, and this dealership will be the only Honda dealership we will work with from now on. My husband and I HIGHLY recommend this dealership. Not honest We finally found the exact preowned car that we had been searching for. Two problems occurred during the buying process: 1. They sprayed some kind of We finally found the exact preowned car that we had been searching for. Two problems occurred during the buying process: 1. They sprayed some kind of oil all over the rubber floor mats which smelled bad and was getting oil on anything that touched them. It took me 2 hrs to clean the oil off. 2. The car needed an alignment which we requested that it be done before we picked it up. When we drove it home we noticed that nothing was changed. We had to bring it back the following day to get the alignment done. After waiting about an hour and a half we drove the car home and found that there was still no change even though they gave us a print out showing 2 small changes they had made. We then took it to Wheelworks and bought their lifetime alignment and now it drives perfect. Did they really do anything but waste our time? Can they be trusted? More

I have bad credit and a previous repo on my credit history i was really discouraged after a few small delearships turned me down who actually advertised and promised to help me out but couldn’t at the end of the day on the first try I submitted my online application for a new car on concord honda’s website i got a reply back within a few hours and Mr.Ali salesman was very thorough and easy to work with!!!! I got my brand new car the next day! I cant explain how thankful i am for them and the service they are putting out there!!! More

Amazing Customer Service & Vehicle Service I’ve been a loyal Honda owner for over 30 years and a loyal Concord Honda customer for over 15 years after moving to this area. I purchased two new Honda from service and I will only service my vehicles here. They know me, they know my vehicles, they are quick to help and advice. Stellar Srevice and People 10 Stars! I've been using Concord Honda for repair and services since I bought my Honda with them in 2012. They have always done stellar work, but the main reas I've been using Concord Honda for repair and services since I bought my Honda with them in 2012. They have always done stellar work, but the main reason I'm writing this review is my last repair with them they went above and beyond and provided excellent service and work. Gino helped me through the very difficult task of working with my insurance company and made me feel more like a friend than just a customer. I would give Gino 10 stars if I could! Not to mention the service technicians who did a fantastic job on my repair, they also went above and beyond spending an extra 20 minutes helping me replace my taillight for free! I cant say enough good things about Concord Honda! They have made a customer for life! More
