When I informed Rick, he said he would take care of the problem but as I left my car for a second time and inspected the vehicle after, it didn't look any different than when I brought it in for service. Your company's excuse was that it was a busy Saturday. I have included pictures so you can judge for yourself. I have tried contacting Scott but haven't received a response from him and would like a response and a resolution to this problem. More

Oil change and standard inspection Staff was nice and the service seemed uneventful. Appreciated the servicing documents provided afterwards. However, the entire service period took Staff was nice and the service seemed uneventful. Appreciated the servicing documents provided afterwards. However, the entire service period took a lot longer than expected. It was about 3 hours for an oil change event though I arrived on time for my reserved appointment time. And when I arrived, I waited for a good 10 minutes before anyone even came out into the check-in/driveway area to talk to me. More
