The work done in my car was great, the only bad thing is that every time that I was wondering if my car ready i had to look for the guy who was helpin The work done in my car was great, the only bad thing is that every time that I was wondering if my car ready i had to look for the guy who was helping me with the service he never when out his way to go and look for me he call me once from far away not a good customer service from that point, plus he said it was gonna $300+ but he forgot to tell me about the labor why do they do that??? So ended up being almost $600 surprise I don't my paying for what ever my car need just tell me the whole number, and at the end when I was about to leave he ask me to give him a 5 star review funny right? More

Not responding to Warranty issue The standard basic service was good, oil change, rotation, etc. This is all first tier basic service that is easy and fast.. I brought my Fit in fo The standard basic service was good, oil change, rotation, etc. This is all first tier basic service that is easy and fast.. I brought my Fit in for regular service, plus a display issue in the fuel/mileage display. This display flickers on and off randomly, displays gibberish, and sometimes just doesn't display anything at all for the entire drive. It seems to happen only on cold days, so of course the one day I can bring into the dealer for a look, it doesn't happen. I have 2 videos of it, both provided to the dealer, and still the service tech will not respond to communications or initiate contact with Honda for a repair. I am not alone in this issue, it is documented by others on the Fit forums:.2015 Honda Fit Fuel Gauge Display Failure - Unofficial Honda FIT Forums Unfortunately I will need to escalate this issue to Honda directly and paint this dealer and Sonic in general as bad actors with a history of warranty dodging. And when it comes to buying another car? Toyota sounds nice. Note: Concord Honda has a history of this behavior. On the two Honda's I have received from this dealer (2012 civic and 2016 Fit), both cars had a bad windshield that cracked starting below the front dashboard on hot days. both within a few months of purchase. Did they cover this? No, they searched the entire crack until they found one glass chip in a fork in the crack where they could claim it was a rock. It was NOT a rock, the crack started at the windshield mount below the dashboard and worked up, on both cars. Honda is installing sub-par glass and the dealer will not cover it, but at least the aftermarket windshield is solid with no issues. More

Chris called me when my car was done and told me to come in at my convenience. When I arrived at the dealership, Chris explained the work done and their findings. He even buffed out a scratch I had on the driver's side door. The car was washed and everything worked out great! More

He is an outstanding service advisor who goes above and beyond when I call as well as when my vehicle is in the shop for repair. I have never felt uninformed nor have there ever been any "surprises". A couple years back my wife and I made the decision to purchase a new car for her. We looked at many vehicles, some lower priced than the Honda model we chose. The reason we chose the Honda was due to the service team, and in particular Wasif. All I can say is give him a test drive. You wont be disappointed. More
