Oil change and standard inspection Staff was nice and the service seemed uneventful. Appreciated the servicing documents provided afterwards. However, the entire service period took a lot longer than expected. It was about 3 hours for an oil change event though I arrived on time for my reserved appointment time. And when I arrived, I waited for a good 10 minutes before anyone even came out into the check-in/driveway area to talk to me. More
