Excellent service dept. I brought my 2007 Accord in for some preventive maintenance. It's 10 years old with over 120K miles on it, so I had all my coolant and heater hoses r I brought my 2007 Accord in for some preventive maintenance. It's 10 years old with over 120K miles on it, so I had all my coolant and heater hoses replaced, along with the thermostat. I made an appointment with my favorite service advisor and was greeted promptly. Everything went well. The parts were carefully replaced and my car was washed and ready at the designated time. I kept the old hoses and cut them up at home. They were old, but they were surprisingly still in good shape. I'm impressed with the quality of Honda parts. Concord Honda did a great job and I am very happy with the service I received. I will continue to bring my Honda here for service, for as long as I own it. More

The appraisal for my trade-in took over forty minutes Then they low balled on the value of my car. The transaction was a horrible experience Lies, Lies, and More Lies. I would not recommend this dealer. There are much better customer service sales representatives out there. More

Just did the first 30,000 mile checkup / service on my wife's CR-V and between my service advisor Wasif Khan and asst. manager Scott Hirayama, they were terrific. They got me in at the time of my appointment, kept me advised as to the progress of the service and there were no surprises when it came time to pay the bill. They also found a screw in one of the tires and patched the tire at no extra charge. I will continue to deal with these guys!!! More

After visiting and calling over 20 dealerships in the area, and getting gouged at every single one of them, I was just about to give up and wait another month or two for the prices to drop to the ballpark of what I had in mind for a 2014 Accord. Just before I gave up though, I decided to make one last call. I'm glad I did. I found Concord Honda through a simple google map search and dialed the number listed. I asked for sales and was connected to Chris. I could not have asked for a more professional and attentive sales manager. I asked him for a quote on my car and he immediately returned a quote that was significantly less than the lowest other dealerships wanted. Suspicious of the price, especially after dealing with everyone else, I asked for a written price structure. I really couldn't believe my luck when it arrived in my inbox not 10 min after the phone call. I made the quick trip to the dealer and began the paperwork. The credit union I financed through required a document known as the MSO, or Manufacturers Statement of Origin which gives Concord Honda the legal right to sell me the car. This document ended up taking an extremely long time to arrive. Chris, thinking on his feet simply sent my CU a copy of the dealer invoice with a copy of the check used to pay Honda Motor Company giving Concord Honda the legal right to sell me the car. My CU immediately accepted the alternate document and with all the required paperwork got me the check just in time for when I needed the car. The process took about 2 weeks, but Chris actively updated me every day, even on his days off. I can't speak for the service department, but please get to know Chris Zacharakis if you're in the market for a new or pre-owned Honda. I love my new car, and hats off to Chris for making it happen. He didn't just get my business, he earned my trust. More
