After my detailed initial request by email for a 2014 Honda Odyssey EX, on Tuesday, Chris followed up with precise answers around my questions. I called him to confirm the purchase yesterday morning, and he informed me that Ali would be able to help when I came in. Ali and I set the appointment, and Ali ensured everything was smooth. We just bought a 2014 Odyssey Touring Elite from Concord Honda on Monday. I would definitely go here again. I started out looking for used 2012's at all the Honda dealerships online. My husband and I actually went out and test drove one in Fremont. And then he says "babe, just get a new car...get the one you want!" So I did!!! It took me about a week to research and get price quotes from quite a few dealerships. Concord Honda definitely had the best deal! I wasn't particular about the color...which made it easier. I did all the negotiating over the phone and email and went down Monday night around 7pm to buy the van. We were greeted at the front door, my kids were given balloons while we waited for a few minutes in the waiting room, they had the van all detailed and ready for us. My husband, 3 kids and I were in and out in less than an hour. Before we left they even set up the Bluetooth on my phone and the wireless headphones so my kids could watch the movie they brought on the hour drive home. I'm in love with my new van!!! More
The ealership was was brand-new, sparkling clean, spacious, with comfortable seating. Greg was helpful, low pressure, professional and easy to deal with. Unfortunately I had to return the (used) truck I bought, as I discovered some things I did not like about it on my 80 mile drive home. Fortunately I was able to return the truck for a full refund with absolutely no hassle ( this is their policy, within 72 hours and 250 miles) So this is why I would recommend Concord Honda and would feel great about returning, especially if I was going to buy a new car. More

Three days after i purchased the mentioned car, i tried to talk to April about my complaint of defective two rear tires. I have already noticed this even the first time i road tested the car. There a was chapping sound more evident at the back than in front. I asked April about this she told me thats nothing its just the motor because its a hybrid, so we went on with the test drive trusting her with her honest opinion. Now during the morning of the 3rd day, i decided to bring the car to Honda Vacaville to get a an expert opinion from one of their mechanic. We just drove for a short distance and immediately he knew it was because of the defective rear tires. I then called April yesterday 3/21/13 to ask her if can do something about it. She ask me to come over hoping she will help me. When i arrived she was rushing home to pick her kids and i totally understand her situation. She then referred me to her supervisor who tries to convince me that it was not a safety issue and so they are not obliged to change it. And he even said "i didnt even make money on the sale of your car!" That guy is disappointingly rude. This matter was referred to your store general manager who did not even tried to deal the problem nor want to talk to me personally. Well, he's maybe right I'm just a used car buyer who happens to have a small safety issue that will go away. THANK YOU VERY MUCH TO YOU ALL! For your info, I have a Honda Pilot 2012 and i have been driving a honda for the past ten years. I believe so much on Honda cars that why i went to your store and its so happen that you have the car my wife likes. This all i have to say, YOU HAVE A VERY RUDE SUPERVISOR AND NONCHALANT STORE GENERAL MANAGER! I just wish they will bring you more good business ahead. More

In my experience this dealership in particular goes that extra mile to make the customer happy and satisfied. Recently they moved to a new location and building across the avenue, it is obvious that custome extra mile to make the customer happy and satisfied. Multiple customer waiting areas are now available during vehicle service. This includes television, hot beverages and wifi. Concord Honda please keep up the great work. We did most of our communicating through email, which I like more than talking on the phone or having to come into the dealer. I got a great price, Cristina was friendly and professional to work with, and I would recommend others to her as well. I did my finance with Dina Markou who also provided me with excellent service. She was really easy to work with and took the time to explain everything we were doing. She made the process a stress-free and hassle-free experience. I would recommend this dealership to others.
