I took my CX 90 for oil change, Erik has been my service advisor since day one, He was not in his front desk...was so busy attending other customer at that time. Awesome guy. Marie was a wonderful sales person. She was patient and explained every feature and the differences between the various model. She followed up in a nice way without a lot of pressure She was patient and explained every feature and the differences between the various model. The only area that was less than 100% was we waited for over 30 minutes to meet with the finance manager to sign the paperwork. Once we met with him he was great so the end result was good but the wait was unnecessary and seemed to be caused by just Marie and him not communicating adequately. More
