Alex Negron is a great salesman- what makes him great is that he does NOT act like one. From my first inquiry, what he provided me with was something far more valuable than a price tag. Working with Ismael was a pleasure. I test drove a couple different vehicles. Ismael was very accommodating, knowledgeable and easy to work with. I appreciated the ease in which we came up with a fair price. After that is when the hard sell came from 2 different people for the upsell of maintenance packages and extended warranty. I had mentioned to 2 different people that I was on a time crunch and yet they still insisted on the upsell. The first person I told him mid-way through his sell that I wasn't interested, but he requested to finish the sales pitch. Then a 2nd person came to do the same sales pitch but with reduced fees, again I said I wasn't interested. Then when I finally got to the room to complete the sale a 3rd person mentioned the same, but at least he didn't try the hard sell the first 2 did. It's very unfortunate that when someone states "no, I'm not interested and I'm actually on a time crunch" that is disregarded. I was there for over 2 hours, simply to do the paperwork. Days before the car I wanted had already been decided along with the price. The day I purchased was simply to go pay cash for the vehicle and do the paperwork. There is no reason for this to take over two hours and to have to deal with the upsell 3 times. I actually had contemplated walking out without the vehicle during the second hard upsell. Again Ismael and Daryon (who stepped in for Ismael at the end) were a pleasure to work with. While the folks doing the upsell were pleasant, it certainly changed the positive low key vibe I had working with Ismael. More
