We had a really great experience working with Alex and Shawn. Alex was fantastic throughout the whole process. He was friendly, and patient. We came in with our whole family, kids included, and he made Shawn. Alex was fantastic throughout the whole process. He was friendly, and patient. We came in with our whole family, kids included, and he made the test drive feel relaxed and comfortable instead of awkward or pressured. Our 19-month-old was in his rear-facing car seat staring at Alex the entire drive, and Alex handled it like a pro. He answered all of our questions and gave us the space we needed to make a thoughtful decision. Shawn, the sales manager, was equally great to work with. He was straightforward, fair, and helped us land on a deal that we felt really good about. The pricing and warranty discussions were transparent, and we never felt like we were being taken advantage of, which says a lot. Overall, the entire experience felt smooth, respectful, and low stress, which is not always the case when buying a car. We’re really happy with our purchase and grateful to both Alex and Shawn for making it such a positive experience. More
