My purchase took a bit of back and forth, mainly because the car I wanted to buy kept getting small exterior damages (scratches and dents) out in the parking lot by visitors. I ended up buying a completely different car and he made sure I get a good deal after all the time spent driving back and forth as I am in Fremont. I talked to a few other Mazda dealerships in parallel, and do believe Concord handled things more professionally and made my purchase more smooth. My biggest advice for the dealership is not to keep cars of seriously interested buyers in the lot especially near entrance for others to drive. Keep them safe somewhere for a week or so, will save a lot of headaches. Big shout out to Alex for all the work! More
