Dominic, the service representative, was very friendly and easy to communicate with. He is very professional in all aspects of servicing my car that includes taking in the car, explaining service options and easy to communicate with. He is very professional in all aspects of servicing my car that includes taking in the car, explaining service options, explaining needed car repairs and taking payment. He is very knowledgeable about Mazda cars. His time estimates for repairs were accurate. I was happy that the service department could do the necessary repairs (belt replacements, new pads and rotors for brakes, new battery, and fluid replacements) on the same day. Lastly, I was glad Dominic checked to see if my battery, bought from a Mazda dealer in Burlington, was still under warranty. He saved me the expense of replacing the defective battery. The service center is clean, spacious for working and cheerful. Coffee machine is well maintained, dispenses great tasting hot coffee and was gratefully used during my 6 hour stay. Bathrooms are also clean and well maintained. Other sales personal I interacted with were friendly and knowledgable. The only downside was not knowing that there would be a 3% charge for using my credit card. This could have been communicated when I called for my appointment. I would have brought a check for payment and saved the $90.00 for a diner out. More
