The customer service is "top notch", especially with Dennis Duquette, Rich Boyd and Adam. I have referred some of my co-workers to this fine dealership and they too have been very pleased with their vehicle purchase and service. It's nice to receive hand written thank you notes especially in the year 2015 when everything is via email! I just took a 3 year lease on a 2015 Nissan Altima SL and love it!! Service dept at Concord Nissan went above and beyond when we didn't have an appointment, they managed to look at the vehicle and found all the problems we had tried several times to even get acknowledged at team nissan. Ended up buying a brand new pathfinder in the end. All personnel, no matter what department, were extremely friendly in every step of the process. They listen to your concerns and address them quickly and diligently and in the end came back with an offer I could accept. I would recommend Concord Nissan for service or for sales to anyone. More

I have been pleasantly surprised by everyone at Concord Nissan again and again. Just walk in the door and you see it's spotless and tidy. That's the way it should be. Walk into another NH Nissan shop not too far away and it's dusty, hot, and in complete disarray. Bored employees of marginal grooming and dress standards slump at desks and know very little about the products they attempt to sell. You can't make this stuff up. I asked one such rumpled employee what he knew about the Desert Runner. He said "Is that like a Spartan Race?" You have to be kidding me. It's a Nissan Frontier truck. There a 5 Nissan dealerships between my house and Concord Nissan. I don't care. That's where I go. More

She answered all my questions and went through everything in detail. Dennis Doucet, the Finance Manager got me an excellent financing rate, answered all my questions, and made me feel at ease.
