The one mistake i made was not read all the feedback of other customers that experienced the same issues and also rushing into purchasing a car. First after i told them all i wanted to put down, after waiting 2 hours for the papers to be drawn up and to finally sign is where they needed a tax check, so i got them to lower the taxes a little bit. Then second after signing the papers and deal was over i looked online at the other cars in their pre-owned inventory to see that they have charged me way more then the other models same year with less miles and more options in the car. Then third, I was never told the proper procedure with getting the tags for the car. A week before my temp tag was going to expire i reached out to Hank to find out what the deal was, and to my surprise no response, so then i called 2 days before the tags expire to speak with the title clerk, and was informed that i need to take the car to the Delaware DMV to get a VIN check, So after talking with her i asked to speak with someone else, Ryan he just said the same thing that she said, i asked about a tag since apparently my temp tag is going to expire in 2 days and the title and tag work has not been done yet. To make a long story short i talked with Hank, and he told me to come up and he would give me another tag, well i went to the dmv for the vin check and then drove to concordville to give the paperwork that was needed and was get another tag. Well then they can't give me a tag, and i would need to go back to the Delaware DMV on a Wednesday night (now anyone that knows the delaware dmv knows how crazy it is on a Wednesday night) I refused and spoke to some xxxxx that told me "Oh don't worry about an expired tag people ride around with expire tags all the time, you have insurance and a license you don't have to be concerned, if you get a ticket we will pay for it" WHAT IN THE WORLD!!!!!! They do and say whatever they want to get you to sign the paperwork, but don't give a crap about anything else. Good things DO NOT COME TO PEOPLE WHO TREAT PEOPLE WRONG!!!!! They do not follow through on there promises I visited this dealership on January 21 2016 to test drive a new 2015 nissan murano. I was greeted very nicely when I arrived. I was greeted by Anth I visited this dealership on January 21 2016 to test drive a new 2015 nissan murano. I was greeted very nicely when I arrived. I was greeted by Anthony Jordan the Sales associate who found out my wants and needs. We picked out a vehicle that met those requirements and took it on a test drive. When we returned he asked if I was ready to move forward with the vehicle I said I would like to find out what they would sell me the vehicle for as well as get a value for my trade. The sales consultant went to his manager Ryan Gilroy and worked up some figures for a lease which is what I had requested. Anthony returned with some figures that I was not happy with that is when the manager Mr. Gilroy came over he provided me with his reasons for the price on my trade in I told him what I needed for my vehicle. This is where the story goes down hill. Mr.Gilroy proceeded to tell me he would get back to me the next day . I did not hear from him on Friday which I understood because of the Snow that was going to come. I did not hear from him on Monday after the storm. So I called the dealership on Tuesday and spoke with Mr.Gilroy who said he would check with his wholesaler and call me back later. On Thursday I called back and Friday as well and have been getting the run around ever since. Now If they had no intentions on calling me back about my vehicle they should have never said they were. So here is my problem if they cant do what they say they are going to do at the beginning how can I expect them to follow through later after the sale. More
Great Experience at Concordville Nissan Purchased a new 2015 Nissan Murano from Concordville after having a disappointing experience with another local dealer. We worked with Shane Cahill a Purchased a new 2015 Nissan Murano from Concordville after having a disappointing experience with another local dealer. We worked with Shane Cahill as our salesperson who was very friendly, knowledgeable. low pressure and thorough - really knew his way around the Murano. They bent over backwards to get us just the combination we wanted at a really great price compared to other dealers we checked. Gave us a fair price for our trade-in. Whole deal felt very transparent. We had to wait for optional roof rails to come from the factory, and desperately needed them for a college move-in trip, and Ryan Eckberg, sales manager, went out of his way to make sure we got them installed in time -even texting us on his day off to make sure we were happy! Rare to get service like this from almost ANY business these days, much less a car dealer. Would recommend them highly! More
Used vehicle purchase I purchased a used 2004 Ford Ranger from this dealership several months ago. It was sold "as is" w/ a limited 6 month, 6,000 mile warranty. Prior to I purchased a used 2004 Ford Ranger from this dealership several months ago. It was sold "as is" w/ a limited 6 month, 6,000 mile warranty. Prior to the sale it was inspected at the dealership and the salesman, Dwight Williams, described its condition as good based on it just going through inspection and that it was the previous owner's "baby." Ryan Gilroy, a sales manager, completed the sale (yeah... I waited over two hours to complete a cash buy, but that's not what I'm writing about). Several weeks after purchase, a friend had a vehicle lift available and I put the vehicle up on a lift. Visual inspection showed issues with the suspension components including the need to replace all four shock absorbers - two of which had no compression/rebound. When completing this work I could see the rear leaf spring hangers were rusted almost completely through. These, along with the shackles also needed to be replaced. I contacted both Ryan and Dwight who I purchased it from via email including pictures of the unsafe parts and numerous phone calls. I was requesting reimbursement for parts ONLY totaling about $380. They responded saying they understood the vehicles flaws and my requests and indicated they would call me back shortly after talking with their sales manager. I received no call backs and tried to follow up over twenty times over a three week period. Finally I drove to the dealership myself where I was told one of the salesman was on vacation this week and the other was off this particular day. I spoke with the General Sales Manager, Ryan Eckberg, regarding the issues. He was standoffish regarding the whole matter and said it was purchased "as is." I told him these issues should have prevented the vehicle from passing inspection and that I was only looking for reimbursement for the parts as I did the work myself. He said there's nothing he can do. I asked him if he would like to see the parts in question. He said, "No. I'm not interested." When he went to get something from the back office, I engaged another salesman who was witness to our conversation. I asked him if I was being reasonable. His opinion was that I was being quite reasonable and that he had seen the pictures of the parts in question (apparently these pictures had made the rounds there - but still no one had followed through in getting back to me). When Ryan came back, he showed me the limited warranty - it focused on drivetrain components mostly. Truly, it did not specifically mention the parts that were in question. I asked him how the vehicle passed inspection at their own service center prior to sale with these issues. He just stonefaced this and any further questions. I have to give it to these guys. Completely unresponsive and accepted no responsibility for the condition of a vehicle they sold which passed inspection in their own shop. I would definitely NOT recommend the dealership and, more specifically, working with any of these salespeople. My issues were legitimate and documented and my request to resolve these issues (parts cost only) was more than fair. They don't deserve a customer's confidence. More

Poor Overall Performance On 11 June 2015 I brought my Nissan in for 3 problems: Recall on hood latch I believe has been repaired Splash guard clips needed to be replaced. I On 11 June 2015 I brought my Nissan in for 3 problems: Recall on hood latch I believe has been repaired Splash guard clips needed to be replaced. I believe this was done but I hear a rattling under my car. The major problem deals with a tire that was replaced: The original tire had about 9,000 miles on it when I noticed an indentation suggesting that a seam in the tire had failed. The tire functioned but I recognized this was a safety issue. According to the Concordville service report they replaced this tire. Soon after this we went on an extended vacation. Today when I went to used my car I noticed that the back driver's side tire is totally flat! This was the ire replaced by Concordville. From this experience I will have them correct the problem but I doubt if I will utilize them for any future service requirements More
If you wan't good mechinical service, go elsewhere. Stay away from this dealer when it comes to having your vehicle serviced. I had my clutch replaced after 178k miles. The only thing wrong with the ca Stay away from this dealer when it comes to having your vehicle serviced. I had my clutch replaced after 178k miles. The only thing wrong with the car was the clutch. They charge me thousands of dollars and the new clutch was not working properly. I told them more than once that it was wrong. They ignored me but let a mechanic ride with me so I could show him how wrong it was. No matter what they insisted that it was fine no matter how many times I told them it was wrong. This was back in April. At the beginning of June the car will no longer shift. They said it was the slave cylinder. They replaced that and the car was just as bad. Now it's not drivable. Two other repair shops said the clutch is defective. They want $129 to "diagnose" again. I'm afraid to take my car back to them. I'd rather pay triple to somebody else than go here and have this place screw my car up even more. Thanks a lot Concordville Nissan - If you didn't want to work on a car with manual transmission you should have just told me, not destroy it. I'll never step foot in this place and I'm telling everyone I know about their lack of ethics and commitment to quality. More
