Mr Dawson leased me 3 Nissans. I came back to trade a Rogue in and purchase a Murano.He was at best very rude and arrogant.He quoted me a price of 32000$ and shook hands as a deal I came back to trade a Rogue in and purchase a Murano.He was at best very rude and arrogant.He quoted me a price of 32000$ and shook hands as a deal while disclosing the monthly payment and not the price of the car only.He would never sit down and discuss the material terms of the contract with me. When we walked down to finance at his request,after we shake hands,he added credit card down payments to the contract.He also added a 3400 warranty to my contract without talking to me which I had to fight to get withdrawn.When the contract was first presented in writing the price I believe was 6000$ higher than the 32000.This practice of shaking hands on a monthly amount rather than telling me the actual price of the car can be found on the internet which finds the practice quite unreasonable.When the deal was done in a very arrogant way he said “Nice doing business with you aMr. Welch”I couldn’t be more dissatisfied.Since I have almost paid the Murano off I was thinking of getting another car but not with Concordville.Finally these comments were solicited by Concordville not me and you should read them.
