Brett Christie did a really nice job helping us and answering our mountain of questions. Additionally he has been great with our follow-up questions and emails. The previous owner misplaced the cars owners manual which was a little bit of a problem when we didn't know what a light came on for. Brett was able to find us a 2019 manual which we were told is the same as our 2020 Pathfinder which we picked up today. The car presented well and was nice and clean on the outside. Not so much inside. Headliner has water streak marks front to back and dirt marks. Candy wrapper and child's puzzle piece found. Sticky candy remains in center counsel. Other specific areas could have been housecleaned better. Example, opening the tail gate, dirt around the opening, Car rides nice and quiet. All in all, we are satisfied with our experience, except for the guy, I think who may have been the sales manager. He came over to close the deal. We presented an offer price, which may have been a little low. He complained that he was already loosing money on this car since it was already on the lot for several months. We are old school, and like to negotiate with buying cars. When we purchased our 2012 Subaru from your dealership, although new, there was friendly discussion about price. We think that a good faith reduction was in order from this agency since we previously bought a car from this agency. A token reduction would have gone a long way. Thank you John and Mary More
