Best customer service I’ve ever experienced every step of the way. Prior to coming into look at a vehicle, the female receptionists were extremely pleasant over the phone and answered every question I had, e the way. I came in the next day and was welcomed by the manager JC and salesperson Hiep. Both were very friendly and made the process much more enjoyable. Then I met the finance specialist Eddie Somers, and at first the numbers weren’t exactly where I wanted to be, but he made me extremely comfortable in understanding certain reasons for things, and did everything in his power to try and help me out as much as he could and he’s extremely personable. I’m a sales manager so customer experience is very important to me, and I was was extremely satisfied with everything. 10/10 experience and would recommend this place to others customers any chance I get. Concordville Nissan made it a very easy process buying a vehicle. I lived an hour away from the dealership and the Customer Service Rep answering questions via Instant Message system on their website was ve vehicle. The second I stepped out of my vehicle at the dealership I was greeted by Hiep and treated as if I was family. He thoroughly went over the CarFax for the vehicle and made the whole process stress free. Financing a vehicle with them was extremely easy and Eddie thoroughly explained everything when going through the paperwork.
