I was almost 45 mins late getting there and I was ushered in as though I was a a walk-in and we started immediately. Victor is a very understanding and helpful (he drove me to a nearby bank as I did not have a check handy for the dp) professional who made my buying process easy and unusually smooth. Reasonable during negotiations, never pushy, the dealership outdid themselves (serviced and detailed the car, even put new tires on it) in making my buying experience a highly positive one. Zach was excellent. He spent more than a reasonable amount of time helping me decide on what decision to make and did not pressure me to “buy”. He even gave me his personal cell # in case I had any questions and called me the next day to see if everything was up to expectations which it was. Then, the next day I had a question about a function he showed me that I forgot so I called Zach and he walked me through it again. He then called me later to make sure I got it. Zach was the sales person but clearly more than just about getting a car off the lot - making sure his client was satisfied and knew I could get in touch whenever and if needed. Given the market these days, I’d give him a raise or some incentive to keep him as engaged as he was with me. Also, as I’m sure you know a buyer spends a good amount of time in the showroom and I was particularly impressed with how everyone made it a point to engage with me. Chuck, Ryan (both of them) and others not just looked and say hi but actually spent time stopping and talking. A great team. And highly recommend to others and will be back! More
