It’s a dealership first and foremost so they are there to take your money. No one was rude or abusive like in the old days but you still can’t help the feeling of being conned a little bit. Had a great experience with Kenney at Concordville Nissan. Went in with hopes of trading in my 21 Nissan Rouge for a 22 Nissan Pathfinder and he did exactly that.
