We had an okay experience. Initial process went well but then the communication was not as we expected and in comparison to other dealerships. Also when we picked up the used Initial process went well but then the communication was not as we expected and in comparison to other dealerships. Also when we picked up the used car, not all identified and committed repairs were completed. We were in the dealership for 2hrs to sign the paperwork which only took about 20min. Also the car only had half a tank of gas and all 4 tires were below min PSI. We had to fill tires 4-6PSI for each tire. More
