Advisor Ruby Smith was excellent. I believe communication between service employees is an issue.. The young lady in used car sales was also excellent during the purchasing process. A transposin communication between service employees is an issue.. The young lady in used car sales was also excellent during the purchasing process. A transposing error regarding my phone number resulted in my car being at the dealership for the entire day. Hours wasted!!!!! More
