I originally had a 2012 Chevrolet equinox, the engine had completely broke on it, and I was in need of a new car. My parents had found for me a 2016 Volkswagen Tiguan in our price range. It was a no pressure situation, we thought about the car and I personally fell in love with it. We bought it, and Mel made the entire process very smooth.
