I purchased my 4th Honda from Conicelli this week and my second from Jordan, and I won't go anywhere else. We purchased a new Honda in July 2021 and were told what the fee's were and when went to purchase the vehicle we were then charged a an additional fee at closing that was not disclosed during the sales proc the fee's were and when went to purchase the vehicle we were then charged a an additional fee at closing that was not disclosed during the sales process. Certainly I could have walked away but we were already there. This is a dishonest practice especially with most of the front end sales process being done online and on the phone. This is a dishonest dealership. I would not recommend any of the Conicelli Dealerships. Another dealer was completely transparent and sent me everything in detail and would have be cheaper for the exact same vehicle. Shame on me.... NEVER AGAIN... More
