I've been buying my cars at Scott Honda for almost 40 years. This latest transaction, as were the others, was smooth and efficient. Allen was a pleasure. Answered all my questions, helped me learn new features on the car, and made the purchase of the car so easy. I can't imagine ever buying my cars anywhere but at Scott Honda.

Had my Honda Civic in on 6/5 at 10:00 AM for a new condenser and compressor shaft seal (diagnosed the week before) - both covered under the extended warranty. My service rep was Dan McCarthy. I've dealt with Dan in the past and have never had any negative issues with him in any regard. I left the vehicle and was driven home via Uber, as is their customer transport method. Everything went well and I had my car back by 4:15 PM,

Terrible experience. They were friendly and accommodating but when we started talking numbers, they were misleading in the discounts, manipulating the MSRP to make it look like there was a deeper discount. When I reviewed the numbers after double checking the VIN at home and called them on it, they gave me a bogus excuse of the MSRP was updated "the next day." I felt they were deliberately trying to obfuscate. I dealt with another dealership and it was 180 experience. Don't come here!

When I went back last year I found out they no longer make them stick shift I had to finance the vehicle because I loved it so much. He was very kind and informative.
