Some might say they’re just trying to sell me things, however I’m ok with that since I don’t plan on replacing my vehicle any time soon. I look at it as preventive maintenance.

Terrible experience. They were friendly and accommodating but when we started talking numbers, they were misleading in the discounts, manipulating the MSRP to make it look like there was a deeper discount. When I reviewed the numbers after double checking the VIN at home and called them on it, they gave me a bogus excuse of the MSRP was updated "the next day." I felt they were deliberately trying to obfuscate. I dealt with another dealership and it was 180 experience. Don't come here!
