He was very patient and understanding to our needs. He took the time to show us a variety of vehicles that suited our needs and more importantly was within our budget. Ron definitely made purchasing a car a hassle free experience, we did not feel pressured or rushed and we felt respected. Once we settled on the vehicle of our choice everything else was smooth sailing. My daughter loves her new Honda Civic and couldn't be happier. He knows what my expectations and limits are with an older Honda Odyssey and makes recommendations accordingly. He is not just trying to sell me unneeded service or maintenance. He tells me when something can wait and when it should be addressed immediately. He matches prices when he can and advises me of coupons even. If it weren't for Mark, I would not be taking my 10 year old car to the dealership for service, b/c they are more expensive. But its worth the small premium for the trust & reliability and great follow-up Mark Glenn offers! More

We were impressed by the Honda CR-V that we test drove, but it appeared outside of our price point. Ron Horne worked with us. There wasn't much to negotiate because our price point was fixed. The first question Ron asked me was “What do you see yourself driving?” I told him my vision, (an SUV) but was sure that was out of my budget. He asked other questions to get a gauge of what was important to me in a vehicle. In short, he actually cared enough to have this conversation before we walked the lot. When we made it to the lot he showed me several vehicles that ticked my boxes! I went In thinking I would have little to no options due to my credit/budget and ended up having a wide array of awesome choices! I ended up with the SUV of my dreams! It’s so me!
