I knew what I wanted and what payments would work in budget. I didn't have much in terms of a down payment. I was sure I wasn't gonna leave with a car. To my surprise I got exactly what I was looking for within my budget. I wasn't lecturers on my credit score and was treated like a star customer. Tom Bean took amazing care of me and I left in a 2012 civic. I bought a used car from here before I will return in the future if I need a new car. It really is a "nice place to do business", and Tom Bean deserves salesman of the year. More

After going in to look at vehicles for a specific price range they offered me a vehicle "just in" and promised they would work with me and assured me they were aware of my sst price range. So now to the punch, used car with a clean car facts, one owner and low miles. Sounds great. One quick look and you could tell the vehicle was recently repaired. Sales person went and got the manger to help clarify then acknowledge d the car may have been in an accident but was in great condition. I decided to see what they were willing to do with the price and they came back with a price higher than originally advertised. Negotions began and was quickly sent to see the finance manager. After 5 minutes of high pressure tactics trying to persuade me that this car was a good deal, I simply said thanks and walked out, AFTER waisting 3 hours of my time for a car I told them upfront was more than I wished to pay for originally. Please do your homework before purchasing a used vehicle from this dealership. More

Once I got there, the receptionist Lee page Nick and he sat with my wife and I for a minute listening to our needs, then we had a test drive and he had all the info on the car we were looking for. Next couple days we went in with a trade in. Nick and sales manager Chris got us a great amount for our trade in and worked with us to find us a price and car that fit our needs and wants ! They went above and beyond and we're not intimidating at all. They were very friendly. Next we met Corrine in finance who also went above and beyond for us when we needs her even after we purchased the car..I was so happy with how my purchase went I'm already looking for my next car to purchase from them!
