Wonderful helpful staff and saleswoman When we walked into Conicelli we really weren't sure if we were going to buy or lease a car or even if we were going to do so that weekend. Saleswoman Gianna Maniscalco greated us warmly and offered to answer any questions we had. She wasn't pushy like some dealers tend to be and let us take our time. We had just come from another dealership where we had considered purchasing a used Hynudai. Needless to say we were t very happy with what the offer was there. We took out an Elantra and a Sonata for a test drive and really loved the Sonata. Gianna went over every single feature the car had to offer and explained how to use all of the options included . This was my first new car in 13 years, so all the new safety features and so called bells and whistles were all new to my me. She was so patient with us as we asked question after question. We got a fabulous deal on a 2016 Sonata lease. We were going to have to go back to carmax to get the money they offered us on the old Honda, when the sales manager Steve just said don't worry about it we will match it. Gianna even made it possible for us to take it home that evening even though it was after 5 and it took a bunch of calls to get int touch with the insurance company. All in all it was the best car buying experience I've ever had. I spent 5 years working for a car dealership when I got out of college, I can honestly say without a doubt Conicelli went above and beyond anything the dealership I had worked for ever did. We will continue to use Conicelli for all our future car buying needs. My husbands car will probably be replaced in a year . We of course are already looking forward to dealing with not only Conicelli but Gianna again at that time. More

Flat Tire Had to have my car towed on Saturday, 4/9 because I had a flat & Conicelli does not give spare tires w/new cars. So I got to the service department a Had to have my car towed on Saturday, 4/9 because I had a flat & Conicelli does not give spare tires w/new cars. So I got to the service department at 8:50am and did not get out till 1:15pm. Totally unacceptable. Then I was told that I needed front & back wheel alignment. Conicelli Hyundai does not have the machine that does that so had to wait for Honda to get done with using theirs - another 1 1/2 & to top it off you have to watch the same channel on the TV which is home repairs - try watching that for 4 1/2 hours. No shuttle service on Saturdays - couldn't even go to the mall or get something to eat. After this experience I am so done with Conicelli Hyundai and Conicelli in general. A Nice Place to Do Business if you want to spend you whole day sitting there. I work so my Saturday was wasted - just give space tires & it would have saved me about 5 1/2 hours on my day off including travel time to get there & get home. Unhappy customer. More
