There was absolutely no nonsense. We came to an amazing price, and there was absolutely no pressure from anyone. Erik (our sales associate) was an absolute pleasure to work with. Professional and knowledgable. Everything you want in a salesperson and more importantly to some people nothing you don't want. Casey (our sales manager) couldn't have been more helpful and professional. Erik and Casey make a tremendous team and I would suggest you ask for them when you go in. Tom (our finance guy) was excellent. He was quick, efficient and zero pressure in the finance office which is normally where they really start pushing for add ons. He simply presented them as you have to expect they'd do and let you consider it. If you said you weren't interested, he simply said ok and moved on but if you had questions he took the time to fully explain everything. I would 100% percent recommend Conicelli and will absolutely be back again. More

He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about all the aspects of the Altima, and made the negotiating step as smooth as possible. He made sure I was comfortable, and answered all the questions I had. This is my second time dealing with Conicelli (I had some maintenance done on my old car at Conicelli Honda) and I have to say that the level of customer service is second to none.
