He listened to my desires and took the time to work something out that would best meet my financial needs. Never once did I feel he was trying to get over on me or push me towards getting something I really didn’t want. He took the time to speak with my parents over the phone and explain in detail exactly what he was looking to do for me as it related to the sale of a new vehicle and trading in my old one. I walked in there feeling apprehensive, and I walked out feeling overjoyed. Getting the car was nice, but knowing this car was sold to me by someone who actually cared more about my concerns than his sell, meant the world to me. I could have bought a car from anywhere, but Conicelli’s excellent customer service is something that’s hard to come by. More

The new car did have to come in for service because the tire pressure light would not go out and had to be replaced. I had to have someone else bring in the car and he was not pleased with the initial res tire pressure light would not go out and had to be replaced. Marvin sold me my first new car he was always polite even when I was just getting a oil change so of course it had to be the same dealership and the same salesman.
