We had a wonderful experience at the dealership. The facility was clean and the people friendly. They had a nice lounge area for my son to play in while I talked with Bob and looked at cars. I have been visiting Conicelli Nissan since 2005 when I purchased my first Nissan. In December 2010, I traded my Altima, and had the awesome pleasure of meeting Mr. Marvin Sanders, sales representative. purchased my first Nissan. I did not go in to buy a new car that day, but Marvin was very kind, courteous, and professional in his approach. He handled everything from getting me the color I absolutely had to have (Frosted Steel), the make and model I wanted (2011 Nissan Rogue), and the financing plan that I could handle without any problems. His calm demeanor and friendliness, (no high pressuring) put me at ease. This dealership is A#1 and the sales and service departments are a plus. I have found a new friend in Mr. Sanders and I have recommended several of my friends to shop and buy at Conicelli Nissan. Thanks for the opportunity to express my appreciation...... More

I was comparing a few different cars which normally makes everything more complicated but nick made it easy. He showed me each car i was looking at and was honest about the benefits of each one and let me ma everything more complicated but nick made it easy. On Christmas eve last year, my wife and I were in a freak accident and our 2000 Nissan Xterra was badly damaged. Although we were visiting relatives and had moved away from Philadelphia in 2000 we continued accident and our 2000 Nissan Xterra was badly damaged. Although we were visiting relatives and had moved away from Philadelphia in 2000 we continued to have our 2000 Xterra serviced by Conicelli, where we bought the car in 1999. Through the process of having our damaged Xterra assessed for repair by Conicelli, we had the good fortune to meet Marvin Sanders. After explaining what had happened to our 2000 Xterra and our need to return to Virginia within 72 hours Marvin offered, with no pressure, to take us on a test drive of any vehicle on the property, with the intent to help us out with our problem since our damaged Xterra would be "laid up" for another two weeks at a minimum. Our initial reaction was to say no, as we were not interested in a new vehicle but, Marvin put us at such ease, we drove a new Xterra and were very much impressed. Again with no pressure, Marvin asked if we would be interested in a quote for a new Xterra. We agreed and within 15 mins Marvin had given us an offer that was too good to pass up, including taking our damaged 2000 Xterra off our hands and handling the insurance issues related to the repair. We still had a problem though. The New Year's holiday was approaching and Conicelli didn't have the color we wanted. Marvin found a perfect match for us at another Nissan location and personally delivered the vehicle to us; a brand new 2011 Xterra with the right options in our desired color. We drove our new Xterra back to Virginia the day after New Year's. Marvin was exceptional to deal with as were the other employees of the Conicelli family, some of whom remembered us from our 1999 purchase. We can't say enough about Marvin he frequently contacts us to inquire about our Xterra and ask if we need anything and/or remind us of our complimentary services provided by Conicelli. My wife's family has been dealing with Conicelli(through the name changes) exclusively for 50+ years. They are simply the best. I have been buying my cars at Conicelli for a number of years and feel very comfortable there. The service is always a plesant experience. I recently came in for an oil change with a 2006 Altima and started looking around at the new cars. I didn't see anything on the lot that tempted me,until I went into the showroom. There it was a new Altima with everything I was looking for. I was introduced to Marvin Sanders and he worked out a deal I couldn't say no to. I took the extended warranty and the new one to one program. Marvin made everthing work for me very smoothly, considering when I left the house I wasn't planning on buying a new car. I have been to many dealerships over the years, but this is the only one I have returned to. The high pressure sleezy salesman is not found at Conicelli and that it why I will continue to buy and have my car serviced there. More
This is the fourth SUV I have bought from Conicelli Dealers and salesperson Marvin Sanders. I have had problems with Nissan Finance, and Marvin helped to straighten out the miscommunication with the finance company. He did not leave me to fight by myself to clear up the matter. Therefore he is more than a salesman, he has become family!!! All of the Conicelli team looks out for you. I have recommended Marvin to several family members and friends because I know he will do his best to get you in a car!!!! More
My wife and I purchased a new 2010 Nissan Murano last year at Conicelli. I also owned a 2009 Nissan Rogue that I had purchased in New York prior to moving into the area in October, 2010. Due to unfortunate circumstances beyond my control it became necessary to trade in those two vehicles for one. our experience with Conicelli in 2010 made my choice of dealership simple. my sales person, Ben Moran, was there to help. Ben was understanding, Knowlegeable and extremely helpful. He was almost like dealing with family. We were able to agree on fair trade in values for the two cars and price for the new car. The color I wanted was not in stock but the new car was ready two days later. Ben spent all the time necessary answering questions, going over features on the new car and setting up the Blue tooth feature for my phone. I can't thank Ben enough for his time and concern during a difficult time for me. The entire process was painless! More
