I finally purchased a Hyundai Santa Fe. I test drove several different (5) vehicles before I settled on the Santa Fe. Even though he is stationed at the Nissan dealership, he showed me Toyotas and Hyun several different (5) vehicles before I settled on the Santa Fe. Several years ago I researched Nissan Dealerships throughout the tri-state area interested in buying an X-terra. I ended up with a Murano from an Exton Dealership with very poor maintenance service a throughout the tri-state area interested in buying an X-terra. The more I visited there, the more I felt like a stranger. Some other dealerhsips, I could not even get a return phone call for new sales. I tried internet contact with one for new sales and the response was idiotic. Then I walked into the showroom of Conicelli Nissan. My first impression was a plesant smile and warm greeting from a few ladies at the front desk. A spacious showroom, everything around me appeared to sparkle including the floor. When I looked up a tall well groomed man from head to toe approached with a big smile and introduced himself and my car search became a magic carpet ride. I have been thinking these days about what catches my attention regarding a person...And please think about what Mark Twain said "Kindness is the language which the deaf can hear and the blind can see." Today, I am on my third Conicelli deal. Had a great experience with the Parts department at Conicelle Nissian. I needed a replacement moonroof on a one week old Rouge (Manufacture defect) Harry kept on top of the order, keep me in formed a Conicelle Nissian.
