Awesome Customer Service! I initially visited the dealership to have my key programmed however on the way there my tire pressure indicator light came on. I went to the servi I initially visited the dealership to have my key programmed however on the way there my tire pressure indicator light came on. I went to the service department to see if they could check the tire pressure of all the tires. Alan checked me. When service was done Alan explained everything they did, got my car and helped me in. I haven't had a Conicelli Nissan many years so I haven't experienced Conicelli's service department in a while. Alan was professional, friendly and very helpful. Great job! More

If I could give negative stars I would. We have never dropped our car off without having issues. They never remember we have THEIR service plan and always try to charge us.
